I like the fact that you can let the tablets dissolve in your mouth. And they help me to fall asleep.

At first I was sceptical about what melatonin was supposed to do. Nevertheless, I tested it. First as a spray. However, I didn't like the dosage form that much. Then I discovered the melting tablets. I dissolve 2 tablets in my mouth every evening and sleep very well with them. If I can't fall asleep at all one night, I realise that I had forgotten the melatonin tablets.
