Use and Application

Take one tablet daily with enough liquid.If necessary, you can divide the tablet in half at the score line.The special structure of the tablet ensures an immediate release of some of the magnesium within the first 45 minutes after taking it, followed by a delayed depot phase that supplies the body with magnesium for several hours.

Storage

Store the product closed, cool (between +4° and +25°C) and dry.

Contraindications
