The ingredients of Basica® Pur are calcium lactate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate and sodium selenate.One daily serving, consisting of two sticks, contains 550 mg calcium (69% of the reference value), 150 mg magnesium (40% of the reference value), 375 mg sodium, 350 mg potassium (18% of the reference value), 5 mg zinc (50% of the reference value), 50 µg molybdenum (100% of the reference value), 40 µg chromium (100% of the reference value)and 30 µg selenium (55% of the reference value).

Dosage

The recommended consumption for Basica® Pur is the contents of one stick dissolved in 250 ml of water or juice in the morning and evening.Alternatively, the powder can also be stirred into cold or warm dishes.It can be taken daily without any time limit.
