Aquilea Sleep Instant is a food supplement in powder form that contains melatonin and improves sleep. Natural plant extracts such as lemon balm and passion flower promote restful sleep. The powder is available in convenient sachets and can be taken hot or cold. Aquilea Sleep Instant is free from lactose, gluten, colourings and preservatives and is suitable for vegans. It can be used from the age of 12 and will not lead to habituation or dependence, even with prolonged use.
