A nice high dose. As a result, it also has a noticeable effect and is very soothing. With enough water it is easy for me to swallow and I can't agree with the previous criticism at all.

The active ingredient is ok. Swallowing the tablets with a size of 11x22 mm is impossible. You have to bite them in two, which can't be the point.
