Ingredients of Elmex Opti-enamel Professional Tooth Rinse: Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Gluconate, PEG-40 hydrogenated Castor Oil, Olaflur, Aroma, Stannous Chloride, Sodium Fluoride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Saccharin, Hydrochloric Acid.Contains: Olaflur (amine fluoride) and sodium fluoride.Fluoride content: 500ppm.

Dosage

Rinse your mouth twice a day with 10 ml for about 30 seconds, then gargle and spit out.Use the dosing aid: Squeeze the bottle slowly to get the right amount (10ml) - excess flows back into the bottle.Do not swallow the mouthwash.Do not rinse with water.Use the mouthwash in addition to daily brushing, no more than 3 times a day.
