Instructions for use of the article Cosmopor silicone wound dressing 7,2 x 5 cm: - Cosmopor silicone is a sterile quick wound dressing with a skin-friendly perforated silicone adhesive layer that can be gently removed. - The dressing does not stick to the wound or surgical sutures, but still provides strong support. - It is conformable, cushioning, breathable and water repellent. - Cosmopor Silicone has high absorbency and retention. - The viscose wound pad absorbs wound secretions and passes them on to the superabsorbent fibres where they are permanently trapped. - The quick-acting wound dressing enables gentle care of skin with high demands. - The dimensions of the dressing are 7.2 x 5 cm with an inner dimension of 4 x 2.5 cm. - The dressing has a water-repellent backing and is made of superabsorbent fibres, viscose wound pads and a perforated silicone adhesive layer. - Benefits include water repellency, secure hold, easy application even with gloves, high absorbency, gentle removal, conformability, cushioning, breathability and roll-up protection. - The manufacturer of the dressing is PAUL HARTMANN AG.
