Information for use with the product Kneipp Bath Crystals Muscle Relaxation: Kneipp Bath Crystals Muscle Relaxation contain valuable arnica extract and natural essential oils from cabreuva, rosemary and pinus species. They provide a soothing, warming and relieving bathing experience and preserve the moisture of the skin. The essential oils unfold their natural fragrance effect in combination with warm water. The bath crystals can simply be added to the bath water and dissolved. The optimal bath duration is 15-20 minutes, and one pack is sufficient for approx. 9-11 full baths. The instructions for use should be followed as this is a cosmetic product. The bath crystals should not be ingested and should be kept out of the reach of children. They should also not come into contact with sensitive objects.
