Directions for use of Refigura Interval Capsules: Refigura Interval are food supplements and cannot replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The capsules contain natural ingredients that help with interval fasting and support the desired weight loss. The recommended intake is to take 2 capsules 3 times a day with plenty of water. The capsules should be taken about 15 minutes before each meal to achieve a positive effect in the context of a low-calorie diet.
