The ingredients of Refigura Interval Capsules include glucomannan-rich konjac root extract, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose as capsule shell, potato starch, green tea extract, ginger powder, zinc citrate, chromium picolinate and copper citrate.

Per daily dose of 6 capsules, the product contains 1.5 mg zinc (15% NRV), 150 µg copper (15% NRV), 12 µg chromium (30% NRV), 3.2 g konjac root extract (including 3 g glucomannan), 333 mg green tea extract (including 199.5 mg polyphenols) and210 mg ginger powder. NRV stands for nutrient reference value for daily intake according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended consumption amount is 2 capsules 3 times daily, which should be taken with plenty of water.To achieve a positive effect as part of a low-calorie diet, 2 capsules (equivalent to 3 g of glucomannan) should be taken 3 times a day about 15 minutes before meals.After taking it, it is advisable to drink 1-2 glasses of water so that the glucomannan can reach the stomach.

Patient information
