I have now been taking BION 3 Energy for 2 weeks as part of a trial. I have more energy during the day, but not as much as the people on the other days. I also have to say that the pills are really big, probably the biggest I've had so far. I've had problems swallowing rough tablets before, but I've never had a tablet stuck in my throat for as long as this one and it was very unpleasant. I also had problems swallowing several times, even though these pills have a coating. The best way for me to get them down at the moment is to hold them in my mouth with water for a few seconds so that the film on the tablet gets a bit greasy and then swallow them with my mouth full of water.

I received the tablets for testing and tried them for 30 days. I have felt a slight effect in that I am no longer so tired and listless. But I think it takes more than 30 days to feel the full effect. The tablets are tasteless and easy to take/swallow.
