Instructions for use for BION3 Energy Tablets, 90 pc

Bion3 Energy tablets are a food supplement that supports the gut and helps release physical and mental energy and reduce fatigue. It contains 3 gut flora bacteria, 10 vitamins (including B2 and biotin to support the gut, B12, B1, B2, B6 & C to support physical energy and pantothenic acid to support mental energy) and 4 minerals (including iron to support normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue and zinc to support normal cognitive function). The tablets have a special coating so that the bacteria enter the gut alive, and a unique 3-in-1 technology to delay the release of the vitamins for 6 hours. The recommended daily intake for adults is one tablet with a glass of water during or after a meal. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It should be kept out of the reach of children and pregnant women, people with hypertension or diabetes are advised to consult their doctor before taking it. The product contains traces of milk, fish and soya. Manufacturer is Procter & Gamble GmbH in Germany.

I have been taking the product regularly for about 3 weeks. Although the tablets are very large, they are very easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any changes so far. I can't confirm that I feel fitter. Maybe it will take time. The pack size is designed for 3 months. I will therefore continue to take them. Maybe something will happen.

I have been taking this product for 3 weeks and really feel better with my concentration and workouts at the gym. I recommend it.

A good product that is easy to take but is quite large. I noticed an effect after a short time and would therefore buy it again.

I had the chance to try out Bion3 as a tester. I tend to be critical of dietary supplements and I was pleasantly surprised. After a few days of taking it, I really feel more resilient and have more energy. You only need to take one tablet a day.

I have been able to test the product for a good 10 days. It is easy to take, despite the size of the tablets. So far I haven't noticed any change, the period of time to achieve this seems too short to me. In my opinion, it has not done me any harm.

First of all, I was allowed to test Bion3 free of charge as part of a product test, but this has no influence on my rating. The tablets have a very good odour, taste and consistency. I generally felt an increase in energy, the tiredness after a long day was no longer as strong as before. I have only been taking the tablets for a few days, but I have already noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I am very happy with the tablets so far and will definitely complete the 90-day course. If this feeling of increased energy continues, I will continue to buy the Bion3 Energy tablets. I think the price-performance ratio is particularly good, and you can have a positive effect on your energy levels in the long term at a favourable price.

I have been taking the tablets for just under two weeks now. I can't say much in this short time. However, I've had a cold for about 10 days and I have to say that I don't feel ill, weak or exhausted at all. Maybe it's due to the tablets. Then I can say that they are great. And they are easy to take, although they are quite large.

I was allowed to test this product and I am positively surprised. It gives me more energy throughout the day. As I have a food intolerance, I have to be very careful with food supplements, my body doesn't always tolerate them equally well.
