Instructions for use for BION3 Energy Tablets, 30 pc

Bion3 Energy tablets are a dietary supplement designed to support the gut as the energy centre of the body. It contains 3 gut flora bacteria, 10 vitamins and 4 minerals. The tablets have a unique 3-in-1 technology that releases the energy vitamins over a period of 6 hours. The bacteria enter the intestine alive thanks to a special coating. Bion3 Energy is said to release physical and mental energy and reduce fatigue. The recommended intake for adults aged 18 and over is 1 tablet per day with a glass of water, during or after a meal. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It should be kept out of the reach of children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with certain health concerns should consult their doctor before use. The product contains traces of milk, fish and soy. Bion3 Energy is manufactured by Procter & Gamble GmbH in Germany.

I tolerated the vitamins very well. Lactic acid bacteria have a very positive effect on digestion. After a few weeks, I noticed that I was much more alert in everyday life after taking Bion3. I am looking forward to further positive results from the longer intake. Continuous use certainly has greater health benefits.

I have now been taking BION 3 Energy for 2 weeks as part of a trial. I have more energy during the day, but not as much as the people on the other days. I also have to say that the pills are really big, probably the biggest I've had so far. I've had problems swallowing rough tablets before, but I've never had a tablet stuck in my throat for as long as this one and it was very unpleasant. I also had problems swallowing several times, even though these pills have a coating. The best way for me to get them down at the moment is to hold them in my mouth with water for a few seconds so that the film on the tablet gets a bit greasy and then swallow them with my mouth full of water.

I was allowed to try the tablets free of charge as part of a product test. In the first week I was very tired and also exhausted, as if I was coming down with a cold. After a week I didn't feel tired any more and I didn't catch a cold. Digestion was boosted. In winter, the tablets have a positive effect on my entire body and digestion.

Thanks to the great effectiveness of BION3 Energy, which I was able to get to know free of charge as part of a product test. I can now highly recommend them, as they provide you with all the necessary vitamins and give you more energy. After a week, I no longer felt so tired in the morning and felt much more energised.

i got Bion 3 Energy product to test and I think it's a great help and it's very practical because only one tablet is needed per day. I would recommend it to anyone

I received the tablets for testing and tried them for 30 days. I have felt a slight effect in that I am no longer so tired and listless. But I think it takes more than 30 days to feel the full effect. The tablets are tasteless and easy to take/swallow.
