We use Magnesium Diasporal regularly. The granules taste delicious and are quick and easy to take. I find it very practical that you don't have to dissolve it in water first or drink anything with it. Perhaps the granules could be a little finer so that they don't feel quite so gritty in the mouth. But that's criticism on a high level and if it were too fine, it would also be harder to swallow (or you would choke). Overall, I also think I have noticed a positive effect from taking it. Unfortunately, I often suffer from tension in my shoulders and neck and headaches as a result. Since I have been taking a sachet of Magnesium Diasporal 400 every day, this has got a lot better. My husband is a keen cyclist. He says that Magnesium Diasporal helps his calves to stay loose, even on strenuous tours. All in all, I can recommend Magnesium Diasporal.
