The Selen-loges 100 µg plant-based film-coated tablets contain natural selenium, which is obtained from black mustard (Brassica nigra).Ingredients include fillers such as cellulose and calcium phosphates, black mustard seed extract, coating agents such as hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose, and carriers such as isomalt.It also contains dyes such as calcium carbonate and medium-chain triglycerides.Other ingredients include safflower, lemon and spirulina concentrate as well as anti-caking agents such as magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Each film-coated tablet contains 28.5 mg of black mustard seed extract, including 100 µg of selenium.No prescription is required for this product.
