How are Divalol bile drops used?

The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 and over is 3 to 4 drops of peppermint oil on sugar or in a glass of warm water 2 to 3 times a day.The drops should not be taken on an empty stomach.It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.If symptoms last longer than 1 week or recur periodically, we recommend consulting a doctor.

How should Divalol bile drops be stored?

Keep Divalol bile drops out of the reach of children.Store the medicine protected from light and tightly closed at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the label and carton.The shelf life after opening is 6 months.Do not throw away the medicine in wastewater.Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicine when you no longer use it.

Contraindications

Divalol bile drops must not be used in cases of known hypersensitivity to peppermint oil, obstruction of the bile ducts, gallbladder inflammation, gallstone disease (only after consultation with a doctor), severe liver damage and children under 12 years of age.The medicine must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Side effects

Mode of action
