Bronchipret TP is a herbal medicine used for respiratory colds.It helps to relieve the symptoms of acute bronchitis with cough and thick mucus.No prescription is required for this product.

Bronchipret TP contains the following active ingredients: 60 mg dry extract of primrose roots (6-7:1) with ethanol 47.4% (V/V) as an extractant and 160 mg dry extract of thyme herb (6-10:1) with ethanol 70% (V/V) as an extractant.The other ingredients include chlorophyllin a - copper complex trisodium salt (E141), crospovidone, dimeticone, glucose syrup, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint flavor, polyacrylate dispersion 30%, povidone K25, propylene glycol, riboflavin (E101), saccharin sodium, talc and titanium dioxide (E 171).

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredients or other mint plants (Lamiaceae), birch, mugwort, celery or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.Children under 12 years of age should not use the medicine as there are no sufficient studies.Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding as there are insufficient studies.

Dosage

Always take Bronchipret TP exactly as directed.The usual dose for adolescents aged 12 and over and adults is 1 film-coated tablet 3 times a day.The tablets should be taken whole before meals with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.The duration of use depends on the course of the disease.If you have symptoms that last longer than two weeks, you should consult a doctor.Overdose may cause stomach upset, vomiting and diarrhea.In this case, you should consult a doctor.
