What is Cynara AL and what is it used for?

Each Cynara AL hard capsule contains 400 mg artichoke leaf dry extract (4-6:1), using water as the extractant.The capsule also contains the following excipients: gelatin, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, purified water, chlorophyll-copper complex (E 141) and titanium dioxide (E 171).
Dosage
The usual dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is one hard capsule of Cynara ALthree times a day.The capsules should be taken whole with the main meals with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water.The duration of use is not generally limited and depends on the course of the symptoms.It is recommended to speak to a doctor or pharmacist if the effect seems too strong or too weak.

Contraindications
