Instructions for use for Schoenenberger Naturally Pure Medicinal Plant Juice Valerian

Schoenenberger Naturally Pure Medicinal Plant Juice Valerian is a traditional herbal medicine that is used to improve feelings during nervous stress and to promote sleep.No prescription is required for this product.

This medicine is traditionally used for nervous restlessness and sleep disorders.It is a traditional medicine that is registered for these areas of application solely based on long-term use.

Dosage and application

Adults and young people over 12 years of age can take 15 ml of pressed juice three times a day, either undiluted or with a little liquid, to improve their condition during nervous stress.To support sleep, a single dose of 15 ml is taken half an hour to an hour before bedtime, and an additional dose may be taken earlier in the evening if necessary.The maximum daily dose is 4 single doses of 15 ml each. It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.There are no specific dosage recommendations for people with impaired kidney or liver function.Please use the included dosing cup and shake the bottle before use.

Composition

100 ml of the drug contains 100 ml of pressed juice from fresh valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis L) in a ratio of 1:0.60-0.85.

Mode of action

The ingredients of valerian have an anti-anxiety, calming and sleep-inducing effect.The valerian plant is a perennial with pinnate leaves and a strong-smelling root, small white-pink flowers in flat umbels.It occurs in Europe and Asia.The main ingredients are iridoids (valepotriates) and essential oil (bornyl acetate).Mainly extracts and tinctures of the dried root are used.
