No prescription is required for this product.Zinc 20 AAA-Pharma dragees are a zinc preparation that is used to treat clinically proven zinc deficiency conditions if these cannot be remedied through diet.The active ingredient is zinc sulfate, which is contained in each coated tablet in an amount of 88 mg, which corresponds to 20 mg of zinc.

In addition to the active ingredient, the dragees also contain various excipients such as cellulose powder, lactose monohydrate, highly disperse silicon dioxide, talc, sorbitol, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, sucrose, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate, montan glycol wax, sodium dodecyl sulfate, povidone K 25, corn starch, carmellose sodium, glucose syrup, calcium carbonate, white clay, ArabicGum, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose and hypromellose.

Zinc 20 AAA-Pharma tablets should always be taken exactly as directed by your doctor.The usual dose is one coated tablet once a day, which should be taken on an empty stomach and with plenty of water.The duration of use depends on the therapeutic success and should be done in consultation with your doctor.

There are certain situations in which Zinc 20 AAA-Pharma dragees should not be taken, for example if you are hypersensitive to zinc sulfate or one of the other ingredients.When taken with other medicines or foods, interactions may occur that may affect the effectiveness of zinc.Pregnant and breastfeeding women should speak to their doctor before taking it.
