Area of application
Dona 750 mg film-coated tablets are used to relieve symptoms of mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knee joint.The active ingredient glucosamine hemisulfate improves the mobility of the knee joint and has a targeted effect on knee pain.The product is gluten and lactose free and has decades of therapeutic experience that prove its good tolerability.
Mode of action
Dona 750 mg film-coated tablets contain crystalline glucosamine hemisulfate as the active ingredient.Glucosamine and chondroitin are important components of our cartilage tissue and have an anti-inflammatory effect.Glucosamine hemisulfate is also a natural component of synovial fluid and cartilage matrix.It stimulates the building processes in the knee joint to prevent further cartilage damage.

1 Film-coated tablet contains 750 mg glucosamine hemisulfate.Other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, povidone K 25, croscarmellose sodium, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, talc, methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer (1:1), titanium dioxide, ammonium methacrylate copolymer and triacetin.
Contraindications
Dona 750 mg film-coated tablets should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to glucosamine or any of the other ingredients, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to shellfish, as glucosamine is obtained from them.
Dosage
The recommended dose is one film-coated tablet twice daily.The film-coated tablets should be taken whole with plenty of water or a suitable liquid, preferably in the morning and evening with meals.If symptom relief is not noted after 2-3 months, continued treatment should be reconsidered.No prescription is required for this product.
