Active ingredients and ingredients

One film-coated tablet of Euvegal Balance 500 mg contains 500 mg of dry extract of valerian roots (3-6: 1), using ethanol 70% (v/v) as the extractant.Other ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), methyl cellulose, hydrogenated castor oil, saccharin sodium, precipitated silicon dioxide, simeticone, sorbic acid, stearic acid, talc, vanillin, titanium dioxide E 171 and indigo carmine, aluminum salt E 132.

Dosage and application

Euvegal Balance 500 mg should always be taken exactly as directed.Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over can take 1 film-coated tablet once a day for mild nervous tension, and if necessary, 1 film-coated tablet up to 3 times a day.To treat sleep disorders, 1 film-coated tablet should be taken half an hour to 1 hour before going to bed.It can be taken independently of meals and should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of drinking water.It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age.

Duration of application

Due to the gradual onset of effects, valerian root is not suitable for the acute treatment of mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.Continuous use over 2-4 weeks is recommended to achieve optimal treatment success.If symptoms do not improve or worsen after two weeks of continuous use, a doctor should be consulted.

Contraindications

Euvegal Balance 500 mg should not be used if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.Children under 12 years of age, pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding should not use the product.Interactions can occur with alcohol, so alcohol should be avoided if possible.
