The Zemuko rolled non-woven compress is a soft and economical universal compress that consists of a fine non-woven layer and an absorbent layer made of highly bleached cellulose.The non-woven fabric is wound-friendly and the absorbent layer is connected to the non-woven fabric without wrinkles using a dot grid.This means that the compresses can be cut from the roll with no edges and no lint.The compresses are also available with a gauze covering on all sides.

Product composition

The Zemuko nonwoven compress consists of cellulose, polyester, viscose and dispersion adhesive.The wound side is made of non-woven fabric with 67% viscose and 33% polyester, while the absorbent layer is made of highly bleached pulp.Both layers are connected to each other by dot-shaped embossing and can be sterilized or sterilizable (A 121°C).

Areas of application

The Zemuko non-woven compress is suitable for moderately to heavily exuding wounds, as an additional absorbent layer, for ointment dressings, for moist compresses and for padding.The compresses are rolled and available in a transparent dispenser.

Size

The dimensions of the compress are 10 cm x 2 m.

Notes

The Zemuko non-woven compress should always be applied with the non-woven surface facing the wound side.
