Yarrow tea consists exclusively of yarrow herb.

Contraindications

People who are hypersensitive to yarrow or other daisy plants such as arnica, chamomile or marigold should not use this tea.There are no sufficient studies on its use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age.Therefore, this group of people should not use yarrow tea.

Interactions

To date, there are no known interactions with other medications.

Method of application and dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to drink a cup of the prepared tea infusion three times a day.To do this, three filter bags are poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10-15 minutes, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer.The tea should be taken half an hour before meals.

Duration of application

If symptoms persist, last longer than a week or recur periodically, a doctor should be consulted.
