Echinacea Quartz comp.Eye drops are an anthroposophical medicine that is used for superinfected, allergic conjunctivitis.The areas of application are based on the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.

0.5 ml of the eye drops contain the following active ingredients: Argentum metallicum Dil.D29 aquos.0.05 g, Atropa belladonna ex herba ferm 33a Dil.D14 (HAB, Vs. 33a) 0.05 g, Echinacea pallida e planta tota ferm 33c Dil.D2 (HAB, Vs. 33c) 0.05 g, Quartz Dil.D19 aquos.0.05 g and Rosae aetheroleum Dil.D7 (HAB, vs. 5a; solution D1 with ethanol 94% (m/m)) 0.05 g.Components 1, 2 and 4 are raised to the power in the third to last stage and components 1 to 4 are raised together over the last two stages.Other ingredients include sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and water for injections.

Contraindications

The medicine should not be used if you are hypersensitive to one of the active ingredients or to other composite plants.For fundamental reasons, it must not be used for progressive systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leukemia, leukemia-like diseases, inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue (collagenosis), multiple sclerosis, AIDS-diseases, HIV-infections, chronic viral diseases and other autoimmune diseases.

Dosage

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 drop should be instilled into the conjunctival sac once or twice a day or every hour.Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks.If there is no improvement within 2 days, see a doctor.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.

Intake

The eye drops should be used according to the dosage instructions.

Patient information

The use of the drug for eye inflammation should not be carried out without ophthalmological advice and does not replace other medications prescribed by the doctor in this regard.

Pregnancy

Like all medicines, Echinacea Quartz comp.Eye drops should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.
