Eulatin NH ointment is a medical product that is used to ease bowel movements in hemorrhoids.Hemorrhoids can cause various symptoms, including itching, bleeding, inflammation or thrombosis.Severe pain can occur, especially during bowel movements, which leads to constipation and further enlarges the hemorrhoids.

Eulatin NH ointment pre-lubricates the anal canal and protects the hemorrhoids.This allows the stool to slide through more easily and evacuation occurs under less pressure, which avoids painful straining.The anal mucosa is protected from injuries by the covering properties of the product.

The product achieves physical relief of bowel movements by lubricating the rectum and the anus.It improves the gliding ability of the stool, reduces pressure and protects the mucous membrane from tearing and itching.

Areas of application

Eulatin NH ointment is ready to use for internal and external hemorrhoids in the end area of the rectum and anus.It serves to physically protect the non-perforated anal mucosa in hemorrhoids and to prevent itching caused by the disease.The product can be used in the professional care of sick, disabled and senior citizens as well as for domestic use.

Application

Before each use of Eulatin NH ointment, the anal area and hands should be cleaned with lukewarm water.

For external hemorrhoids, a 2-3 cm long strand of ointment should be removed and applied directly with clean fingers.

To use in the rectum, screw the included applicator onto the tube and lubricate the tip with the product.Then carefully insert the applicator into the anus and distribute the product in the anus by pressing the tube once or twice while rotating.After use, clean the applicator thoroughly with lukewarm soapy water.

To protect clothing, we recommend covering the area of application with cellulose.Eulatin NH ointment can be used 2-3 times a day or before each bowel movement.The continuous application period should not exceed 4 weeks.

Storage conditions

Eulatin NH ointment should be stored at room temperature, not exceeding 25°C.The tube should be tightly closed again after use.

Composition

Eulatin NH ointment contains the following ingredients: white petroleum jelly, wool wax, wool wax alcohol ointment, medicinal yeast, purified water, medium-chain triglycerides, hard paraffin, colloidal silicon dioxide, tannin, basic bismuth gallate and witch hazel bark fluid extract.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.It must not be used at the same time as other ointments in the anal region.The product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Notes

Store safely and out of the reach and sight of children.When using Eulatin NH ointment in the anal area, the auxiliary substances petroleum jelly and paraffin can lead to a reduction in tear resistance and thus to an impairment of the safety of condoms when latex condoms are used at the same time.
