Instructions for use for Aurum Metallicum Praeparatum D10

Aurum metallicum praeparatum D10 is an anthroposophic medicine available as a liquid dilution for injection.The active ingredient is Aurum metallicum praeparatum in an aqueous dilution with potency D10.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

According to the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature, Aurum metallicum praeparatum is used to stimulate and harmonize the rhythmic organization.Areas of application include circulatory regulation disorders, accompanying treatment for heart inflammation (carditis) and tightness in the heart area (stenocardia), subsequent conditions after a heart attack, arrhythmias, high blood pressure (hypertension), restlessness, manic and depressive moods and eczema.

Contraindications and precautions

Aurum metallicum praeparatum D6 must not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to Aurum (gold) or milk protein.There are no known contraindications for Aurum metallicum praeparatum from D10.It should not be used without medical advice and does not replace other medicines prescribed by a doctor.If symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks, a doctor should be consulted.

Children: Aurum metallicum praeparatum Liquid dilutions for injection are suitable for children aged 6 and over to treat circulatory regulation disorders, restlessness and eczema.Not suitable for other areas of application for children and young people under 18 years of age.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding: A doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before use.

Interactions: There are no known interactions.Nevertheless, the doctor or pharmacist should be informed about the use of other medicines.

Application

Aurum metallicum praeparatum should be used exactly as your doctor has told you.The usual dose is 1 ml injected subcutaneously twice a week to once a day, for both adults and children aged 6 years and over in the areas of application mentioned.The injection is usually carried out in the thigh, the outside of the upper arm or the abdominal region.The technique should be learned by an experienced person.

Duration of application: The duration of treatment should be agreed with your doctor.If you forget to use it, you should not use a double dose.

Side effects

Aurum metallicum praeparatum D6 can cause allergic reactions, especially in cases of hypersensitivity to milk protein or Aurum (Gold).There are no known side effects with Aurum metallicum praeparatum D10 - D30.

Reporting of side effects: Side effects should be reported to the doctor or pharmacist, even if they are not stated in the package leaflet.

Composition and dosage form

Each ampoule contains 1 ml of the active ingredient Aurum metallicum praeparatum in different potencies (D6, D10, D12, D15, D20, D30).The liquid dilutions for injection contain sodium chloride as an excipient.The medicine is available in packs of 8 ampoules.
