Instructions for use for Lioran - The passion flower hard capsules

Lioran - Passionflower is a herbal medicine that is used to calm nervous restlessness.The active ingredient in this preparation is passion flower herb dry extract.No prescription is required for this product.

In addition to the active ingredient, the hard capsules also contain lactose monohydrate, cellulose powder, highly disperse silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, gelatin, purified water, sodium dodecyl sulfate, chlorophyllin-copper complex and titanium dioxide.One hard capsule contains less than 0.01 bread units (BU), which may be of interest to diabetics.

Application and dosage

Lioran - The passion flower is intended for adults and teenagers aged 12 and over.Adults should take 1-2 hard capsules three times a day, while teenagers can take one hard capsule three to four times a day.The hard capsules should be taken with a little liquid, such as a glass of water, with meals.

The duration of application is generally not limited.However, it is recommended to consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.If a dose is missed, you should simply continue taking it at the next scheduled time without taking the missed dose.

Precautions and contraindications

Lioran - Passionflower must not be taken if there is hypersensitivity to passionflower or any of the other ingredients.It should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there are insufficient studies.

Particular caution is required if the restlessness lasts longer.In this case, a doctor should be consulted.Concomitant use with synthetic sedatives is not recommended without consulting a doctor.

Lioran - Passionflower should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding as there are no sufficient data.The medicine may impair the ability to drive and use machines.Impaired patients should not drive or operate machines.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Lioran - Passion Flower can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.So far, only isolated cases of hypersensitivity, nausea and palpitations have been reported.The frequency of these side effects cannot be estimated.

If side effects occur, the preparation should be discontinued and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if any of the side effects listed seriously affects you or if you notice any side effects that are not listed in this leaflet.

Storage

Keep medicines out of the reach of children!The medicine must not be used after the expiry date stated on the pack.It should not be stored above 25°C.
