Liver-bile complex L Ho-Fu-Complex® is a homeopathic medicine that is used to support the treatment of liver and gallbladder diseases.No prescription is required for this product.

Composition

10 Grams (corresponding to 11 milliliters) of the mixture contain the following medicinally active ingredients:

1.5 Grams Berberis Dilution D2, 0.5 grams Bryonia Dilution D3, 1.0 grams Carduus marianus Dilution D1, 1.5 grams Chelidonium Dilution D4, 1.0 grams Cholesterinum Dilution D4, 1.0 grams Colocynthis (HAB 34) Dilution D4, 1.0 grams Leptandra Dilution D2, 1.0 grams Lycopodium DilutionD6, 0.5 grams Quassia amara Dilution D4 and 1.0 grams Taraxacum Dilution D2.

1 Gram of the mixture corresponds to 23 drops.The dosage form is a mixture in original packs of 30 milliliters, 50 milliliters or 100 milliliters.

The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug images.This includes supportive treatments for liver and gallbladder diseases.If you have persistent, unclear or new upper abdominal complaints, gallstone disease, obstruction of the bile ducts and jaundice, you should consult a doctor.Drug therapy does not replace the avoidance of liver-damaging causes such as alcohol.

Contraindications

Liver-bile complex L Ho-Fu-Complex® must not be used by alcoholics or during pregnancy and breastfeeding.In the case of existing liver diseases and those with a history and/or simultaneous use of liver-damaging substances, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Warnings and precautions

There is no adequately documented experience with the use of the drug in children under 12 years of age.It should therefore not be used in this age group.Liver-bile complex L Ho-Fu-Complex® contains 60.6 percent alcohol by volume.

Dosage instructions, type and duration of application

The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed Liver-Bile Complex L Ho-Fu-Complex® differently.In chronic forms, 5 drops should be taken 1-3 times a day.If the symptoms improve, the frequency of intake should be reduced.The drops are best taken undiluted or with a little water and left in the mouth for some time.Homeopathic medicines should also not be taken for long periods of time without medical advice.If used for more than 4 weeks, liver function values (transaminases) should be checked.
