Instructions for use of Rowatinex soft capsules

Rowatinex capsules are a natural remedy used to treat urolithiasis.Urolithiasis is a disease characterized by the formation of urinary stones in the kidney and urinary tract.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The enteric-coated soft capsules contain the following active ingredients: a-pinene (24.8 mg), ß-pinene (6.2 mg), camphene (15.0 mg), borneol (10.0 mg), anethole (4.0 mg), fenchone (4.0 mg) and cineole (3.0 mg).Another ingredient is virgin olive oil.The capsule shell consists of gelatin, glycerol 85%, sodium ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E 215), sodium propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (E 217), yellow orange S 85% (E 110) and quinoline yellow 70% (E 104).

Preparation and intake

Rowatinex capsules should always be taken exactly according to the instructions in the package leaflet.Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose for adults is 1 capsule 4 to 5 times a day, unchewed, before meals.For children aged 6 to 14, the usual dose is 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, swallowed whole before meals.

Special precautions

Rowatinex capsules must not be taken if you are hypersensitive to any of the active ingredients or any of the other ingredients.Particular caution is required if you are taking blood-thinning medicines or are being treated with other medicines that are metabolized and excreted by the liver.Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines.Rowatinex capsules should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding under the supervision of a doctor.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Rowatinex capsules can have side effects, although not everyone gets them.Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any side effects.

Storage

Keep medicines out of the reach of children.Rowatinex capsules should not be stored above 25 °C.Keep the container tightly closed.The medicine must not be disposed of in wastewater or household waste.Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicine if you no longer need it.

Rowatinex capsules are yellow, spherical, enteric-coated soft gelatin capsules containing a pale yellow to greenish-yellow solution with a strong aromatic odor.The original packs are available in sizes of 30, 50 and 100 capsules.Not all pack sizes may be marketed.
