Other ingredients of Cystinol akut® are microcrystalline cellulose, long-chain partial glycerides, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.), highly dispersed silicon dioxide, quinoline yellow E 104, indigo carmine E 132, titanium dioxide E 171.

Contraindications

This product should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children under 12 years of age.Take special care if there is blood in the urine, fever and symptoms persist for more than 5 days.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over take 2 tablets of Cystinol akut® 3 times a day.The tablets should be taken with plenty of liquid after meals.Cystinol akut® should not be taken for longer than 1 week at a time and a maximum of 5 times a year without medical advice.

Intake

The coated tablets should be taken with plenty of liquid, preferably water, after meals.

Patient information

Medicines containing arbutin should not be taken for longer than 1 week and no more than 5 times a year without medical advice.
