Areas of application

H&S Chamomile flowers, a medicinal tea, is used internally for cramps and inflammatory diseases in the gastrointestinal area.The tea can be used externally for inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes, bacterial skin diseases, including the oral cavity and gums, inflammatory diseases and irritations of the airways (through inhalations), as well as diseases in the anal and genital areas (through baths and rinses).

Contraindications

You should not use H&S chamomile flowers if you are hypersensitive to composite plants such as arnica, chamomile, marigolds or yarrow.In addition, there is insufficient experience with use in children under 12 years of age, so its use in this age group is not recommended.

Dosage instructions, type and duration of application

If you have gastrointestinal problems, pour boiling water over two filter bags and let the tea steep for five to ten minutes.Drink the tea three to four times a day between meals.For gargling, rinsing, inhaling and poultices, use two to five filter bags per cup and let the tea steep for five to ten minutes.As a bath additive, you can use two packs of 20 filter bags per ten liters of water.

If symptoms persist or recur beyond a week, you should consult a doctor.The infusion must not be used in the eye area.

100 Grams of tea contains 100 grams of chamomile flowers (Matricariae flos) as a medicinally active ingredient.

Storage instructions

Store the medicine in the original packaging to protect it from light and moisture.Do not store it above 25°C and keep it out of the reach of children.
