Vitamin B6-Injectopas 25 mg is a vitamin preparation that is used to treat vitamin B6 deficiency when oral intake is not possible.The active ingredient pyridoxine hydrochloride supports various metabolic processes in the body, including the production of protein components, nervous system messengers such as adrenaline and red blood pigment.It also affects blood clotting.A deficiency of vitamin B6 can manifest itself in anemia or damage to nerves, skin or mucous membranes.

Dosage and instructions for use

Vitamin B6-Injectopas 25 mg should always be used exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.The usual dosage is 1 ampoule (25 mg) daily.The injection can be done intramuscularly or intravenously.The duration of use depends on the type and severity of the underlying disease and should be determined in consultation with the doctor.No prescription is required for this product.

Contraindications

Vitamin B6-Injectopas 25 mg must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to the ingredients.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Side effects

With long-term use of high doses or short-term use of very high doses, local nerve problems with abnormal sensations can occur.Profound sedation, low blood pressure, respiratory disorders, shortness of breath, and stopped breathing may occur in newborns and infants.If you experience any discomfort or changes during treatment, you should inform your doctor or pharmacist.

Composition

Active ingredients: pyridoxine hydrochloride 25 mg, pyridoxine 20.57 mg.Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Storage

Vitamin B6-Injectopas 25 mg should be protected from light and not stored above 25 °C.The medicine must be protected from heat and stored in the dark, for example in the outer box.It must not be used after the expiry date stated on the outer carton and container.The solution for injection must be used immediately after opening the ampoule.Leftovers that are not used are destroyed.
