Vitamin B12 Wiedemann is an injection solution with the active ingredient cyanocobalamin.Cyanocobalamin belongs to the group of vitamin B12 preparations.One ampoule contains 1 ml solution with 1000 μg cyanocobalamin.Other ingredients include sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride and water for injections.The product is available in packs of 10 ampoules.

No prescription is required for this product.It is used for vitamin B12 deficiency that cannot be compensated for through diet.Such a deficiency can manifest itself as anemia (hyperchromic macrocytic megaloblastic anemia) or damage to the spinal cord (funicular spinal disease).Causes of a vitamin B12 deficiency can be: malnutrition and malnutrition, malabsorption in the intestine, diseases of the small intestine or congenital transport disorders.
