Stibium metallicum praeparatum D6 is an anthroposophic medicine available as a liquid dilution for injection.The active ingredient is Stibium metallicum praeparatum Dil.D6 aquos.No prescription is required for this product.

Areas of application

According to the anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature, Stibium metallicum praeparatum D6 is used to stimulate the form processes in the structural metabolism.This can be helpful for ulcerative-inflammatory changes in the gastrointestinal tract and skin as well as bleeding.It can also be used for allergic and catarrhal conditions of the upper respiratory tract, as an additional treatment for bronchial asthma, cardiac arrhythmias, drive and memory disorders and mood disorders.

Precautions and contraindications

Stibium metallicum praeparatum D6 must not be used if you are hypersensitive to milk protein.If symptoms persist or are unclear, you should consult a doctor.The medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age as there is no adequately documented experience.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the medicine should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Application

Always use Stibium metallicum praeparatum D6 exactly as your doctor has told you.The usual dose is 10 ml intravenously 1 - 2 times daily.The intravenous injection may only be carried out by a professionally trained person.The medicine should not be used for longer than 4 weeks without medical advice.If you forget to use it, do not use a double dose.

Side effects

Like all medicines, Stibium metallicum praeparatum D6 can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.Lactose contains small amounts of milk protein and can therefore cause allergic reactions.In such cases, the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.

Composition and dosage form

1 Ampoule contains 10 ml of the active ingredient Stibium metallicum praeparatum Dil.D6 aquos.Sodium chloride is also included as an additional ingredient.The medicine is available in pack sizes of 5 and 50 ampoules.
