Area of application

Vit-A-Vision eye ointment is used for long-lasting improvement of the tear film and for intensive protection of the eye surface.The ointment is particularly suitable for dry eyes and enables normal re-epithelialization if this is impaired by dryness.The very soft and smooth consistency of the ointment can be easily distributed over the surface of the eye.It is characterized by particularly good tolerability, especially due to the vitamin A it contains, a natural component of the tear film.Vit-A-Vision relieves symptoms such as burning, dryness or tiredness of the eyes.The eyelids glide easily over the cornea and conjunctiva.

The eye ointment provides long-lasting relief from the symptoms of dryness, irritation and mild irritation, especially during environmental stress, e.g.B. from air conditioning, wind or air pollution, for example from cigarette smoke.Even with fatigue and visual stress caused by intensive viewing, e.g.B. on computer screens, microscopes or long car journeys, as well as mechanical stress, e.g.B. by wearing hard or soft contact lenses or through diagnostic procedures on the eye, the ointment can be used.

Vit-A-Vision eye ointment contains the following active ingredients: retinol, DL-α-tocopherol and dexpanthenol.The auxiliary ingredients include paraffin, viscous, petroleum jelly, white wool wax, cetostearyl alcohol and purified water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.No prescription is required for this product.

Dosage

Vit-A-Vision is usually used 3 times a day for long-lasting improvement of the tear film and intensive protection of the ocular surface.It is particularly recommended to use it in the evening before going to bed so that the ointment can have an intensive, long-lasting effect on the irritated eye.

Unscrew the protective cap, tilt your head back slightly and pull the lower eyelid slightly away from your eye.Apply a 0.5 cm long strand of ointment into the conjunctival sac by applying gentle pressure on the tube.Slowly close your eyes.After use, carefully close the tube again.

Application should be continuous for more than 30 days.

Notes

Temporary blurred vision may occur after use;In this case, do not drive a vehicle, do not operate any machines and wait until normal visual acuity has returned.

Vit-A-Vision should not be used while wearing contact lenses.If other eye preparations are used in addition to Vit-A-Vision, there should be a sufficient interval of around 30 minutes between the use of Vit-A-Vision and the other eye preparations.In this case, use Vit-A-Vision after administering other eye preparations.

To avoid infection or injury to the eye, do not touch the eye or facial skin with the tip of the tube.Bending or rolling up the tube should be avoided in order not to damage the tube.

Store at room temperature.Do not use after the expiry date.Can be used for 3 months after opening.Keep Vit-A-Vision out of the reach of children.
