Information for use Buscopan Plus Film-Coated Tablets: Buscopan Plus Film-Coated Tablets contain the active ingredients butylscopolaminium bromide and paracetamol. They are used for cramp-like pain in the gastrointestinal tract, the biliary and urinary tracts and for painful menstrual bleeding. The tablets have an analgesic and antispasmodic effect. They can be used by adolescents aged 12 and over as well as adults. The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets, up to 3 times a day. However, it should not be used for longer than 3-4 days without medical advice. Buscopan Plus is well tolerated and contains no gluten or lactose. For risks and side effects, read the package leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist. The exact composition of the film-coated tablets can be found in the table given.
