Sterillium med solution is a disinfectant for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. It contains the active ingredient ethanol and is effective against bacteria, fungi and enveloped viruses. When used regularly, it increases skin hydration and is well tolerated. Sterillium med solution is applied undiluted to dry hands and massaged in for 30 seconds. It should not be brought into contact with open flames. Persons with hypersensitivity to the active substance should not use it. Possible side effects are dry skin, skin irritation and allergic reactions. In case of eye contact, the solution should be washed off immediately with running water. The disinfectant should be stored away from heat, moisture and light. Sterillium med solution is available in different sizes and is manufactured by the company PAUL HARTMANN AG .
