Ibu-Lysine HEXAL film-coated tablets are used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, toothache, period pain, as well as fever and pain associated with colds. They are also used to treat the acute headache phase of migraine with or without aura. The dosage depends on the patient's body weight and age. It is recommended to take the medicine for a short time and to use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time required. Side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness and skin reactions may occur. People with certain pre-existing conditions or in certain age groups may not want to use the medicine or should be given an adjusted dosage. For complete information, see the package leaflet.
