Instructions for use for IBUPROFEN Heumann Pain Tablets 400 mg, 50 pcs

Ibuprofen HEUMANN analgesic tablets 400 mg are an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug/anti-inflammatory drug, NSAID). They are used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, period pain and fever. The recommended dose is: - Children 6-9 years: half a film-coated tablet, up to 3 times a day. - Children 10-12 years: Half a film-coated tablet, up to 4 times a day. - Adolescents 12 years and older and adults: Half to one whole film-coated tablet, up to 4 times daily The maximum daily dose is 3 film-coated tablets. The tablets should be taken unchewed with plenty of liquid during or after a meal. The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days for fever or 4 days for pain without medical advice. Possible side effects are gastrointestinal complaints, headache, dizziness, skin rash and shortness of breath. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, gastrointestinal ulcers, active bleeding, severe dehydration and certain other diseases.
