Instructions for use for IBUPROFEN AL acute 400 mg film-coated tablets, 50 pcs

Ibuprofen AL acute 400 mg film-coated tablets are used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderately severe pain such as headache, toothache or period pain and fever. The active substance ibuprofen has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect. The recommended dosage for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over is 1/2 to 1 tablet, which should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid during or after a meal. The maximum daily dose is 3 film-coated tablets, with at least 6 hours between doses. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen, asthma attacks or skin reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, stomach or intestinal ulcers and in the last three months of pregnancy. Before taking it, allergic persons, patients with chronic swelling of the mucous membranes, high blood pressure, cardiac insufficiency, kidney or liver disease or certain diseases of the immune system should seek medical advice. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking the medicine. The film-coated tablets of the medicinal product may be taken during meals. The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be disposed of in sewage or household waste.
