Directions for use of the article Nurofen 400 mg Soft Capsules: - Nurofen 400 mg Soft Capsules contain the active substance ibuprofen and are used for the short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain, pain associated with colds. - Contains sorbitol and ponceau 4R (E124). - In case of pain or fever, do not use for longer than specified in the package leaflet without medical advice. - Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the ingredients, ulcers in the digestive tract, active bleeding, severe fluid deficiency. - Side effects: Gastrointestinal complaints, inflammation of the oral mucosa, headache, dizziness, insomnia, fatigue, irritability, hypersensitivity reactions of the skin, attacks of shortness of breath, visual disturbances. - Dosage: Adolescents 12 years and older and adults take 1 capsule (400 mg) 1-3 times daily, 6 hours apart, with meals. Maximum 3 capsules (1200 mg) within 24 hours. - Important information: Do not use for more than 3 days for fever or more than 4 days for pain. Headaches may occur with prolonged use. Caution in case of allergy to painkillers and dyes. May impair reactions. Avoid alcohol consumption during long-term treatment. - Storage: Store away from heat and moisture.
