Directions for use of the article Neuralgin Extra IBU-Lysinate Film-Coated Tablets - Neuralgin Extra IBU-Lysinate is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicine for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever. - The recommended dosage depends on the age and body weight of the patient. - The maximum single dose should not be exceeded and in children the duration of use should not exceed three days. - The film-coated tablets should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid, preferably during or after a meal. - If an overdose is suspected or side effects occur, a doctor should be consulted immediately. - Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well as in the case of certain pre-existing conditions and allergies should be discussed with a doctor beforehand. - The medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. - Side effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness and skin reactions. - Medical advice should be sought for long-term use of painkillers to avoid chronic headaches or kidney damage. - The simultaneous intake of alcohol during treatment should be avoided.
