Directions for use of the article Tardyferon Indications: Tardyferon is an iron preparation with a blood-forming effect and is used for the therapy of iron deficiency states. Dosage and directions for use: Children aged 10 years and over and adults take 1 tablet 1 time daily. In severe iron deficiency, the dose may be increased to 1 tablet in the morning and in the evening. The sustained-release tablets should be taken with water. The duration of use should be agreed with your doctor. Contraindications: Tardyferon should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, certain forms of anaemia and other conditions such as gastritis or ulcers. It should not be used in children under 10 years of age. You should consult your doctor during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
