Important notes

Aurum metallicum praeparatum should not be used if there is hypersensitivity to gold.It should not be used without medical advice and does not replace other prescribed medicines.If symptoms persist for more than four weeks, a doctor should be consulted.In children and adolescents under the age of 18, the medicine must not be used in certain areas of application such as heart inflammation, subsequent conditions after a heart attack and high blood pressure.

Application and dosage

The dosage of Aurum metallicum praeparatum depends on the potency level and the age of the patient.Adults usually take a pinch 1-3 times a day, while children and adolescents receive a pinch 1-2 times a day, depending on their potency level.Infants and children under 6 years of age take a pinch 1-2 times a day.The trituration should melt in the mouth or be taken with a little liquid.The duration of use should be discussed with a doctor.

Side effects

In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions can occur, especially at potency level D6.In such cases, the medication should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.There are no known side effects for potency levels D10 to D30.
