Instructions for use for TRAUMON Gel 10%, 100 g

Traumon Gel 10% is a medicinal product for external use that is used for the supportive symptomatic treatment of pain caused by injuries such as strains, sprains or bruises. It can also be used for osteoarthritis of the knee joint. The active ingredient etofenamate has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. The gel is applied thinly to the affected skin area and rubbed in gently. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 should not use the gel, as it has not been sufficiently tested for this age group. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. Skin reactions such as redness, itching or rashes may occur. If symptoms persist, a doctor should be consulted. The package leaflet should be read before use. The gel should not come into contact with mucous membranes or open skin areas. If side effects occur that are not listed in the package leaflet, a doctor or pharmacist should be informed. The gel should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date. Discolouration or changes on furniture or plastics may occur.
