Ingredients

The active ingredient is valerian root dry extract.One coated tablet contains 125 mg of valerian root dry extract in a drug-to-extract ratio of 3-6:1.The extraction solvent is 70% (v/v) ethanol.The other ingredients are: dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, macrogol 4000 and 6000, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, shellac, hypromellose, talc, light magnesium oxide, gum arabic, sucrose, povidone K 25, titanium dioxide (E 171), carmellose sodium, carnauba wax, and bleached wax.One coated tablet contains less than 0.1 BE carbohydrates.

Contraindications

This product must not be taken if you are allergic to valerian root dry extract or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as described or exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age for the treatment of restlessness is up to 4 coated tablets 3 times a day.Each single dose corresponds to 2 to 3 g of valerian root.

In principle, there is no limit to the duration of use of this medicine.If symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks or worsen, you should consult a doctor.Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effect of the medicine is too strong or too weak.

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
