The herbal medicinal product Valerian Dispert Day is used to calm restlessness. It contains 125 mg valerian root dry extract per coated tablet. The recommended dose for adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults is 4 tablets 1-3 times a day after meals. The total dose should not be exceeded. The tablets should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. There are some contraindications to the use of Valerian Dispert Day, for example hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take the medicine unless it has been specifically recommended by a doctor. Side effects are not known at present, but any disturbances of well-being during treatment should be reported to the doctor or pharmacist. Valerian Dispert Day to calm you down is available in packs of 40, 50, 75, 80 or 100 coated tablets. It contains lactose and sucrose. If possible, do not consume alcohol while taking Valerian Dispert Day to calm down, as this may impair your ability to drive and operate machinery.
