Summary: Dermatodoron ointment is an anthroposophic medicinal product used for the treatment of acute and chronic eczema. The ointment contains extracts of Solanum dulcamara, Flos and Lysimachia nummularia, Herba as well as other ingredients such as sesame oil, wool wax and yellow wax. Before using Dermatodoron ointment, it should be noted that it must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to sesame oil or other ingredients. The ointment should also be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In case of prolonged or unclear complaints, a doctor should be consulted. The ointment is applied to the affected areas 1-2 times a day. In the case of an acute illness, the treatment should be completed after 2 weeks. In the case of chronic diseases, consultation with a doctor is necessary. Possible side effects are hypersensitivity reactions, especially in case of hypersensitivity to wool wax alcohols.
