Ambroxol 30 Tab - 1A Pharma is a medicine used to loosen mucus in respiratory diseases with thick mucus. It is used for the expectorant treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with viscous mucus. Before taking Ambroxol 30 Tab - 1A Pharma, the following points should be observed: - People who are allergic to ambroxol hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of the medicine must not take it. - Children under 6 years of age should not take the medicine. - In case of impaired kidney or liver function, medical advice is required. - In certain rare bronchial diseases associated with excessive accumulation of secretions, Ambroxol 30 Tab - 1A Pharma should only be used under medical supervision. The recommended dosage is: - Children aged 6-12 years: 1/2 tablet 2-3 times a day. - Adolescents from 12 years and adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily for the first 2-3 days, then 1 tablet 2 times daily. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets 2 times a day. The tablets should be taken unchewed with sufficient liquid. If a skin rash or other hypersensitivity reaction occurs, stop taking the medicine immediately and seek medical advice. Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, skin rash and allergic reactions. The medicine should only be used for a short time, not longer than 4-5 days, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.
